Welliot is basically an e-ink display designed for installation at public transport stops. The display can be used to place various information needed by the passengers, such as the timetable, routes, estimated arrival time or a city map.

The advantages of Welliot over traditional paper cards are obvious. In the event of a breakdown or accident, the city can quickly update the displays to inform passengers about delays and provide directions for transfers.

Most Polish cities have an API that can be accessed without major obstacles. All that is needed is a contact and an indication of the purpose of access. Unfortunately, the problem is the lack of standardization, so it is important to have an individual approach to each implementation
